General Social Media Disclaimer

Because it's obviously FAR too much of a hassle to have this on every social media site (and let's be honest, some of them are just draconian about how long you can be, assholes).

 My General Social Media Disclaimer



 1) This disclaimer is current as of January 23rd, 2013. Sites to be forwardly referred to as Social Media include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/tateria)
• Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/tateria)
• Instagram (http://www.instagram.com/tateria)
• Blogger (http://tateria.blogger.com)
• Tumblr (http://tateria.tumblr.com)
• Flickr, Picasa, Google+, livejournal, and many other sites that I have had accounts on but are either inactive, or extremely minimally active under the screen name tateria.
• Previous postings to multiple usenet forums in the late 90's and early 2000's
• Pretty much anyplace online you see someone who goes by tateria.  When in doubt, ask.

 2) Content

a)All material, unless otherwise sourced, is the intellectual brainchild of myself,
b) I alone hold all editorial and creative rights available to me through the various Terms of Service of the Social Media services,
c) my employer holds no support, nor endorsement, for any of the views, opinions, or content that I upload to Social Media Sites.
d) Any infringement of itellectual property is unintentional, and will be removed at request. 

3)  Stupid Petty Stuff

a) I don't 'follow back'.  I choose to follow those persons/feeds I find interesting.  Any following does not endorse support of the person/feed's views.
b) I post what I want.  If you do like it, get the fuck out.
c) I'm wholly indifferent to my follower count, so if you don't like me, please avail yourself of this option and un-follow me.
d) Respectful dialoge is preffered, but not required.  That said, I've never been afraid of taking dumb assed arguments back to the woodshed for a sound beating.
e) Any disrespect towards the following is equatable with a banishment (refer to 3 b-c):

- Batman
- Penguins
- Redheads
- Strawberry Milk
- Women (as a whole)

f) If you use 'u', 'ur', 'irregardless', or screw up they're/there/their and/or you're/your - I WILL mock you.  If I do likewise, or other dumbass errors, I expect you to do likewise.
